10K Voices Community

x for closing
The 10K Voices Community extends our project management team while giving people opportunities to engage with our industry in new and exciting ways. Community members find diverse roles tailored to their talents and interests.

Networkers are the link between our platform and potential research participants. Their mission is to actively seek out individuals who match specific project criteria, from online forums to local hangouts.

Sometimes, they prefer hitting the streets and embracing the role of an Interceptor. Like the name implies, they engage directly with people in various settings, from bustling malls to community events, and invite them to participate in surveys or interviews.

The 10k Voices community isn't just a job—it's a dynamic opportunity to make an impact and it gives 10k Humans and the clients we serve unparalleled quality and reach.

10K Voices Community and Data Quality
Data quality is essential to actionable and insightful research. Data quality assurance takes many forms and should be built into every single stage of the research process from study inception through final deliverable. In the planning stages of the research process, all researchers must ask themselves: are we talking to the right people? Do they have experience with the topic at hand? Do they trust us enough to speak candidly to us on this topic?

But in today’s MRX environment, there are struggles answering even the first question: Are we talking to people at all? Is this a bot? Is this set of responses coming from a survey farm?

Technological advancements in computing power and AI have led to a dizzying array of easily deployed programs and tools for quickly organizing and viewing complex sets of data, taking the tedium and pain out of many data quality protocols. It is easier than ever to pinpoint the location of respondents through their mobile devices or internet connections, confirm their identities through API calls, track their survey or task response patterns, and compare even the most complex inputs (e.g., geolocation data, eye-movement tracking) against expected values, in real-time.

And still, the same technological advancements that perform cutting-edge continuous data quality assurance, have led to a proliferation of bots, survey farms and widespread fraud. So, while some data quality best practices have been greatly improved by technology, new challenges in data quality have also emerged. For some new challenges, time-tested solutions work best.

The 10k Community framework is built on a proven and dependable approach to solving fundamental data quality concerns but is fitted with the best of today’s technology. We have vetted our community through video and written articulation, we track their engagement and participation of current and past projects, we know their location, basic background data, and interests. Through the relationships we’ve fostered working with them, trust is a natural outgrowth of that community experience.

In decades past, finding the right people for your research, especially rare and hard-to-reach populations could mean spending months doing arduous in-person canvassing and coordinating expensive, slow-moving outreach campaigns. Still, today, finding the right people is time-consuming and marked by uncertainties.

With the 10k Community at the swipe of an app, we know we are talking to the right people right now.
